This directory is part of the India Basin Waterfront Park (IBWP) 2024-2025 Curator in Residence Program. IBWP is one of only a few parks in the nation to be guided by an Equitable Development Plan (EDP) developed by the community. The EDP ensures the park’s features and programming are culturally relevant and directly benefits the Bayview-Hunters Point community. the EDP’s “Arts, Culture, and Identity” focus includes the Preservation and Celebration of Black Culture and Cultural Diversity. As such, we have made it easier to find Black and POC artists within the neigborhood.
